Sixty Roll (“the App”) is developed and maintained by the Sixty Roll team (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

a) Location Information

The App may collect approximate or precise location data to enable core functionality such as:

discovering nearby racing sessions
connecting nearby devices for multiplayer races

Location data is used only while the App is in use and is never used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

b) Device and Usage Information

We may collect limited technical information, including:

device type
operating system version
app usage events related to multiplayer sessions

This information is used solely to maintain app stability and performance.

c) Multiplayer Session Data

When creating or joining a session, the App may temporarily store:

session identifiers
participant status
race configuration (e.g., target speed, countdown)

This data exists only to support real-time multiplayer functionality.

2. How We Use Information

Collected information is used to:

enable real-time multiplayer racing
match nearby participants
synchronize race sessions
improve reliability and performance

We do not sell data and do not use data for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses Firebase, a Google service, for backend infrastructure and real-time data synchronization.

Firebase’s privacy practices are governed by Google’s Privacy Policy:

4. Data Retention

Session data is stored temporarily and is automatically removed when:

a session ends, or
participants disconnect

No long-term personal profiles are maintained.

5. Children’s Privacy

Sixty Roll is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

6. User Choices

You may:

deny location permission (some features may be unavailable)
uninstall the App to stop all data collection

7. Security

Reasonable safeguards are used to protect information; however, no system can guarantee absolute security.

8. Child Safety and Protection

Age Restrictions

SixtyRoll is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Our app does not include:

Chat or messaging features
User-generated content
Photo or video sharing
Social profiles or friend connections
Any features that facilitate communication between users

Data Minimization

We only collect the minimum data needed for app functionality:

GPS location (for speed measurement)
User-provided name (for session identification)
Temporary session data (automatically deleted)

CSAE Compliance

We maintain strict policies against child sexual abuse and exploitation:

No content sharing capabilities
No direct user-to-user communication
No profile creation or personal information display
Immediate removal of any reported violations

SixtyRoll is a racing coordination tool with no social features, chat, messaging, or user-generated content. The app only displays participant names within private race sessions. We do not target children, require users to be 18+, and comply with all child safety regulations including COPPA and GDPR.
